Shenzhen Hongrun New Material Technology Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer specializing in plastic household products, as well as an integrated manufacturer and exporter with its factory located right next to the office premises. This proximity enables us to exercise stringent control over production lead times and product quality throughout the entire manufacturing process, ensuring every order meets the highest standards of excellence.
Our facility boasts a well-structured layout with a total factory area of 1,500 square meters, complemented by a 200-square-meter office space, a 700-square-meter warehouse, and a 500-square-meter production workshop. We have a dedicated team of 50 employees and are equipped with 6 specialized cup-making production lines, which enable us to achieve a daily output of 5,0000 units.
We have maintained long-standing and stable partnerships with our raw material suppliers, a collaboration that lays a solid foundation for cost efficiency and supply chain stability. Coupled with our automated blow molding production lines, these advantages directly translate into our competitive pricing in the global market.
To optimize operational efficiency, our warehouse is meticulously divided into three functional zones: a raw material storage area, a carton storage area, and a finished goods storage area. This systematic zoning significantly enhances warehouse space utilization and streamlines the logistics process from storage to shipment.
