This week, Saolik's management decided to answer the heat the right way - with a full round of ice-cold drinks, purchased by the company and delivered to every single team member across the workshop and office.

    The reaction was immediate. The moment those chilled bottles appeared, the energy in the room shifted. People who had been quietly pushing through the afternoon heat paused, took a long cold sip, and came back to their workstations with noticeably more energy and a lot more smiles. It is a small thing. But in the middle of a hot summer production season, ice cold is exactly the right temperature for morale.
